Jen is a slick and morally gray buisiness woman, even taking parts from the show to resell to both her teammates and opponents, albiet at an extra cost. Despite this, she seems to care about the success of her teammates, getting on Julie's case for her poor leadership.
She is a mother of fifty matches, who she keeps in her box.
